23/11 - Streetball ordinance draws complaints Children and adults who are avid players of street basketball will no longer be able to set up goals alongside residential streets to have their NBA-inspired games. The Jackson City Council voted unanimously to prohibit the "placement of basketball goals alongside or within public rights-of-ways" on Nov. 1.
