Lol to this madness, i think it will be exciting for the league.
The cavs owner is actually an idiot.
does he not realise without lebron the cavs would still be the team Jordan used to torch?!

Anywho, i dont think they'll win it this year, i think the lakers are too good on both ends of the court, and have all the pieces.
Miami need to find the rest of the cast to fit..

lol i know what you mean. Dan Gilbert is just being a big baby about losing Lebron.

I know everyone is saying the Lakers are taking it again, but i kinda doubt that would happen. Mainly because this past season, Kobe has shown that he's starting to become Injury prone (which isn't his fault, he's been in the league for 14 years so it's natural). So i get the feeling that he's not going to be as effective as in the past.

what's good.....yeah,this whole deal with le bron leaving the cavs has been crazy, but you know what.....the cleveland owner had his chance to lock up le bron back in 06,BUT.... he didn't do it.le bron doesn't owe cleveland anything.......period.sure it seems like a slap in the face to the fans there, but those three guys have been scheming on this for awhile.dan gilbert should not have said those things bout le bron.....it was low class, and he lost 100,000 k in the process.i don't care for the way things were done, but that was le bron's choice, and his right.and to dan gilbert,to say you will win a title before le bron........well,i sense your frustration......i'm out....the fountain of youth.... :hoop: KNOW GOD,KNOW PEACE.....NO GOD,NO PEACE.....REAL TALK...GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU ON HERE....... :repsect:

like i said, Dan Gilbert is just being a baby about lebron not signing back w/ the Cavs. If it was a guy like Delonte West or JJ Hickson, Gilbert wouldn't have given to shits about them.

The CAVS are gonna be the team that Lebron and the Heat will be torching for the next 6 years at least lol

I don't know if anybody noticed, but I felt Lebron didn't try at all while he was playing against Boston during the playoffs. It seamed like he didn't care and that he wanted out of Cleavland.

To me these 2 trades were well orchestrated, just like when Boston somehow got the big 3 together and won the NBA championship the next year and then we saw the Bird vs Magic commercials during the finals lol
I don't believe what Lebron says about "waking up and changing his mind everyday" and then somehow he picked the Miami Heat the day he announced his decision. That's pure BS, but I still love to see him, Wade and Bosh kick some butt next season.

i agree with you that he wanted out of Cleavland. But you have to realize that nobody even imagined that the three of them could be together until like 2 weeks before lebron made his decision. At the time, Miami could only offer 2 max contract players so to say that wade, bosh and lebron all talked about going to one team the whole season seems unrealistic. It wasn't until Miami got rid of their entire roster that people started seeing the possibility of the 3 of them going on one team.

I understand what you're saying, but .... when you're the team manager, you have to plan stuff in advance, you can't just wait for the off season to make up your mind.
We'll never know what happened exactly during their secret meetings and phone calls, but I personally feel it's almost the same situation that Boston were in when they got the big 3 together. I wouldn't be surprised if Miami won the NBA championship next season lol

Yea they plan for stuff in advance, but i would think that if they wanted to try and get the 3 of them on the same team, they would've done it the second their team was knocked out of the playoffs, not 2 weeks lebron makes the decision.

But that's true, we'll never know what they talked about in their secret meetings and phone calls.
